RENTERS

Here are some questions and answers to help our prospective residents:

Q. What is considered when applying to rent a home?
A. We consider many things including credit history, prior evictions, monthly income, employment verification, criminal record check, prior landlord references, etc.

 

Q. How much is your application fee?
A. There is a charge of $40 per applicant. We must have an application on everyone that will be living in the property who is over 18 years of age.

 

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Some of our properties might allow pets, please inquire about it at the time of your application.

 

Q. How much money does it require to move into one of the apartments or homes?
A. You will need first month's rent, plus a security deposit, and if applicable, a pet deposit.

 

Q. When is rent due?
A. Rent is due on the 1st of the month! This policy is very strictly enforced. All our tenants are allowed a 3-5 day grace period after which rent is considered late and an additional minimum fee of $50 or 6% of the rent is applied. If rent together with a late fee is not paid soon thereafter, or an arrangement is made with us, 3 day notice to move out will be given and eviction process will begin.
